Carpentry Price List Calculation
To help you understand our pricing better, we have broken down our carpentry price list according to different services.
We will also use the floorplan below as an example for our scenarios. Take note that a standard HDB floorplan’s dimension is in millimeter. You have to convert them into feet before multiplying the unit prices.
Kitchen Cabinet

Scenario:
- Top cabinet: 3100mm (~7 feet)
- Bottom cabinet: 2100mm (~10 feet)
We add the 2 cabinet lengths in feet giving us 17 feet. Next, we calculate the price of our kitchen cabinet (17 feet*$150) which is $2550 for top and bottom cabinet.

Countertop
Here’s the various pricing for countertops commonly used in Singapore homes.

Let’s say you chose a quartz countertop that cost $120 per foot run. We multiply by length of the bottom cabinet (7 feet*$120) and the cost is $840
Custom-Made Wardrobe

Example:
- Master bedroom L-shaped casement door built in wardrobe: 3350mm (~11 feet)
- Bedroom 2 sliding door built in wardrobe: 1850mm (~6 feet)
The custom made wardrobe price is only for height of 8 feet which is standard for HDB flats in Singapore. In the above case, the casement door wardrobe price will be $3300 (11 feet * $300). For the sliding door wardrobe, it will be $1920 (6 feet * $320).
